Maxxair 00-04500k RV Powered Opening Roof Vent - R/C - Smoke
This is a perfect vent for vans, trailers, or motorhomes with high roofs. The remote control allows you to operate multiple Maxxair 00-04500K's with one remote. The smoked lid bings in a comfortable amount of light for your RV. It operates with 12 volt power, boasting a 12 inch - 10 blade fan. 10-speeds are available, for intake and exhaust. The built-in rain sensor will close the fan if it starts to rain. The fan can be installed in any standard 14" x 14" roof opening, the mounting screws and hardware are included, but the roof sealant must be purchased separately.

    It came in a very timely manner. I installed it without issues and my wife loves the features on this versus the old 4801 model.

    really nice fan, went in easy. make sure you check some online sites for installation tips. Screws could be longer. Nice features and lots of air movement.
