    Fiamma Awnings are Excellent

    Beautiful Awning. Purchased to mount on a 2018 Ford Transit 148 extended. Used the 3 enclosed side mounting brackets. The Transit body is curved so the Rear bracket needs to be mounted about one inch from the body. I used a piece of one inch thick plastic sheet stock. The front bracket needs four different offsets from 7/16 to 3/4 to fit a compound curve. I used 1.5 inch gray PVC stock to cut the pieces out of, so front and back have 4 bolts instead of two. Center bracket mounts directly to the van. Awning must sit level with the van and straight. Awning works great. Opens and closes nicely. Big improvement over the same style from 5 years ago. Highly recommend for durability and features. Comes with mounting hardware. Will need four extra 1/4 x 2 inch flat head bolts fender washers and locknuts. If you foul up the bolts, 1/4 inch Stainless Carriage bolts fit the 6.5 mm square holes nicely.
