Haven’t had a chance to use the awning other than at installation time, but I was exceptionally pleased with the purchase from PantherRV and will check their site 1st in the future! Friendly, helpful additional info over the phone, surprisingly fast freight shipping (about 1 week), and incredibly thorough crating to protect the awning during transit all added up to a great buying experience! A+
