The Dometic™ 651816 Penguin II Rooftop Air Conditioner is rated as High Capacity (roughly 15K BTU) and is compatible with Dometic CCC2 controls (multi-zone). It's functions include cooling and a heat pump.

The Dometic Penguin II Rooftop Air Conditioner features a futuristic look and powerful cooling performance. With a low-profile of 10 ⅜ ", the sleek shroud reduces wind resistance while the vehicle is moving. A rib-reinforced base pan delivers lasting strength, while its R410A refrigerant is more eco-friendly and releases heat efficiently. Its high-performance motor and fan deliver a first-class cooling performance.
Heat Pump
The Penguin II Heat Pump heats and cools from a single unit. Blower cycles automatically in cooling and heating modes, for complete comfort from 40°F and up. Penguin II units operate on 120V AC Power, providing all-electric heat. Heat Pumps are designed to work in geographically mild areas in temperatures above 40°F. If the outdoor temperature drops below 40°F, the primary heating system should be activated.
The air conditioner shroud may have small scuffs or scratches on the surface that are due to the manufacturing process.

    Would have been a 5 star...but

    Just finished up replacing my 16 year old Dometic 13.5K BTU Penguin HP (blower motor failed, no long available). The new Penguin II High output heat pump is a significant redesign for the better. Installation on my Airstream (using Airstream base pan) was uneventful. Unit is quiet other than white noise from its fan, especially on Hi fan speed. The compressor is whisper quiet compared to the older Penguin. The one ding I would give on this unit is that the 120V power connection is a 3P molex hermaphroditic connector which would be great...IF Dometic had sent along the mating side of the connector. The Dometic install instructions give concise, explicit instructions on how to connect the unsupplied connector to the incoming 120V service, but again, NO connector included with unit. I looked around online for the connector and never did find a mate, so I cut off the supplied connector and installed a metal connection box and wired the unit directly to the 120V incoming. I would have SO preferred to use the molex 3P connector had I been able to find one. I hope this unit gives me the same excellent life as its predecessor.
