Dometic™ 3316941.005 RV Refrigerator Vent and Access Door - Black

Must remove all old objects for this to work properly.

The old metal door on my Dometic was well worn and had been bent and had either been torn or had cracked at the bend and was just generally far past its useful life (ever played Will it Make it? with a damaged door playing sail on the side of your RV?), and I wasn't sure if I could make this work or not, but I took the chance. With only minimal trimming of the trim strip on either side of the door, this went right in place of the old frame and looks like it was factory (it even has the Dometic logo which I didn't expect). As a bonus, my old RV now looks 10 years newer without the old-fashioned stamped metal door. I would do this again in a heartbeat, and the replacement door was just as good or better than the ones that were on my previous (bought new) trailer. Installation was straight forward (and even simpler if you are replacing one of these with a new one instead of retrofitting it like I did).

RV was 5 yrs. Old and it was a perfect fit. Thanks again.....
