The Fiamma Door Mounted Bike Rack is the perfect solution for Mercedes Sprinter owners who want to transport bikes without sacrificing cargo or living space. Designed to mount to the rear passenger door of the van, this bike rack is a convenient and space-saving option for bike enthusiasts on the go.
Made with rounded anodized aluminum tubing, this bike rack is not only durable but also lightweight, making it easy to handle and transport. It can accommodate up to two bikes, with a total weight capacity of 77 lbs, so you can bring your favorite bikes on your next adventure.
In addition, the bike rack trays are designed to fold up when not in use, allowing for easy access to the rear doors of the van without having to remove the entire bike rack. Furthermore, the bike carrier assembly can be removed from the mounted brackets on the van when not in use, giving you more flexibility and freedom to use your van as needed.
Installing the Fiamma bike rack requires assembly of the bike rack and securing the mounting brackets to the rear door, which involves drilling a hole in the door and removing the interior door panel to install a through bolt to complete the bracket installation. Once the brackets are securely installed, the bike rack assembly can be bolted onto the mounted brackets. The instructions for installation are vague, and it is recommended that a professional perform the installation to ensure proper and safe installation.

It is important to note that tire carriers and/or other components mounted on or near the rear doors may prevent installation of this product. Additionally, for Mercedes Sprinters built between 2007 and 2018, the bumper mounted on the door will need to be removed for installation.

It is crucial to install the bike rack with the security screws included to avoid voiding the warranty.

    Mounted in about an hr . Removed one rail to carry one ebike turbo levo . Worked perfectly on my trip from California to Kentucky and back.

    Worst install manual ever. Had to call panther 5+ times. Would not recommend. Eventually got it to work but put on and took off our van 5 times. Multiple scratches resulted. Buyer beware.

    Fiamma sprinter bike rack

    The bike rack is well made and when closed does not block the review camera or the MB safety features. What the install instructions don't tell you is that you have to remove the rubber bumper on the door which means removing the inside door panel which I had no idea how to do. You also have to drill to holes is the door to bolt the rack to the door. I chose not to do this as the rack seemed fine without the bolts and plan on keeping an eye on the rack to see how it holds up.

    Excellent bike rack, reasonable to install and great for loading and unloading. Way better ride than a hitch mounted rack.

    Excellent bike rack! Mounts high (above rear turn signal / brake lights. Able to open back doors without removing bikes from rack. Cycles are tightly secured to frame.

    I had been looking for an elevated bike rack for the back of my Sprinter RV... turns out, the weekend of Sea Otter here in the Monterey area, I saw a decked out Sprinter RV equipped with this rack and a ladder a couple of cars ahead of me in traffic. Unfortunately, the vehicle was able to gain distance and it took me 5 miles to finally catch up with it so I could figure out who made the rack… Well worth the chase! I bought the bike rack and ladder and absolutely love both of them. The rack is super secure, compact for two bikes, easy to use, and especially great because it is out of the way of my swing away hitch and cargo box that I built for the back of my RV. Only complaint I have is that the installation instructions are pretty lousy... I think it would be useful to have installation videos on the Fiamma and/or Panther RV Products website, or completely revamp the installation manual.
