Fiamma® 02094-26A RAM Promaster Door Mounted Bike Rack - Aluminum

Installed in a few hours, but mostly just reviewing instructions and being careful. I did not install the screws. 1) I did not want to drill into my new 2021 Promaster, and 2) as an engineer, I concluded it was not necessary because of how tight the clamps fit on the door ridges in the sheet metal. I only gave it a 4 because of the unnecessarily brief and tricky instructions.

Fiamma states that these racks will fit mountain bike tires with no problem. They will if you buy the bike rack for a sprinter, but the racks for the Ram Promaster are different and have a deep V-shape that make it near impossible for a mountain bike to fit. I contacted Fiamma and got no response at all. I returned the racks thanks to Panther Products as they were very helpful. This company deserves 5 plus stars.

I never leave reviews but I thought I’d warn another person trying to decide which rack to buy for their ProMaster. Bought because I wanted to carry 4 bikes. 2 on this rack and 2 on a hitch rack. Mounting instructions were really bad and there are not many good photos to see what the new design should look like. Also, it requires you drill out the rail holes in multiple locations. The shortest set up hit the lower door hinge requiring me to cut the posts 7 inches shorter to put the bottom bracket above the hinge and leave enough room for a bike on a trailer hitch. Super frustrating. Bike tray is a little short and too narrow for my 29er with 2.5 tires so now I have to buy a different tray. By the time I figured out the trays didn’t work I had already drilled holes so I couldn’t return it. I’ll make it work but pretty bummed I spent so much money and time this.

Shipped promptly and arrived earlier than initially estimated. Delivery was crated! Been awhile since Ive seen that. Priced at MSRP with additional delivery charges but few actually sell this product.

When Panther RV Products say they crate their products before shipping, they mean it. My bike rack came in a well protected custom built crate. I had some questions about installation and gave them a call. I talked to two gentlemen that were eager to answer my numerous questions. Not once did they make me feel like I was taking up their time. As a matter of fact the one gentleman went and got one of the installers to come to the phone to answer my questions. He was very friendly. Love the Fiamma bike rack and Panther RV Products as a customer oriented business!
