This water-based bonding adhesive is engineered to facilitate the secure and efficient installation of both EPDM and TPO roofing membranes. Substrates should be thoroughly cleaned and dried to achieve the strongest bond. The adhesive should be evenly applied over the substrate using a short nap roller at a specified rate of one gallon per 160-180 square feet. Immediate application of the EPDM or TPO membrane onto the wet adhesive is critical, with careful attention to minimizing air entrapment. After application, sufficient pressure should be applied evenly across the surface to ensure effective contact without displacing the adhesive unevenly.
