Quick Overview
- Express order cut-off is at 12:00 pm PST, orders after the cut-off will go out the following business day.
- Express order transit times are by business days, Saturday, Sunday and some Holidays are not included in transit time.
- Returns are subject to a 15% restock fee , (solely at the discretion of Panther RV Products Quality Control.)
- International order warranty claims are handled within the U.S. and shipping is not covered by the manufacturer or dealer.
- Oversized packages may take longer to ship and may have longer transit times.
- Missing, damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days of receiving the shipment.
- Warranty claims are handled through the manufacturer.
Handling and Transit Times
Most orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days. Please be available via email during the order process in case we require further information from you in regard to your order. Panther RV Products strives to ship orders as fast as possible, however we are not responsible for any delays in any form.
Express and Overnight Shipping
Express and Overnight orders must be placed before 12:00 pm PST, any Express or Overnight orders placed after 12:00 pm PST will be processed the next business day. If you are unsure of when your express order will ship or be delivered, please call 360-844-5398 to confirm.

Orders placed over the phone
Orders placed over the phone require an email address so the order can be reviewed by the customer. Please review the order and notify Panther RV Products if there are any errors in the order. If we are not notified of any issues the order will be considered correct and will be processed for shipping. We do this to avoid confusion or miscommunication over the phone. We are not responsible for possible subsequent issues involving your order. We will do our best to assist you with your purchase, but you as the purchaser are responsible for the items you order and confirming the parts.
Shipping outside the lower 48 states
Our prices and discounted delivery offers apply to the contiguous 48 states only. We can offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Canada for an additional fee. Canadian residents may be charged additional taxes if applicable. Customs and tariffs are the responsibility of the customer. While many destinations are considered US Territories, shippers consider them to be international, and higher rates still apply.
Oversized items
If a product is considered oversized, it may have to be crated for shipment and/or ship LTL Freight. Oversized items are restricted to being shipped within the lower 48 states and my have additional handling time. Due to the time involved in preparing the shipment, it cannot be shipped via any form of express. Please be aware that transit times typically are longer for freight shipments, Panther RV Products does not guarantee any transit times for freight items. In the rare occurrence that a product is out of stock we will notify you via phone or email to advise you of the expected delay as well as provide you with your options moving forward. You can choose to wait for the item, select an alternative if available, or cancel your order. Out of stock items will be shipped as soon as they become available. Order delivery times may be delayed due to circumstances such as credit authorization, backorders, or insufficient/inaccurate information provided during the order process. You will be contacted via phone or email should such a condition arise. Some items may require that the shipping address match the billing address on the credit card that you are using to place the order. This helps protect you from fraud because the address you enter is verified. Panther RV Products reserves the right to hold any order for a security review. If your order is impacted you will be notified within one business day.
Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details. Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Panther RV Products is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

The majority of products sold by Panther RV Products are warrantied within the United States, but be aware that some manufacturers do not honor warranties outside of the United States and require shipping to be paid by the customer. Panther RV Products is not responsible for any manufacturer defects and will not cover shipping cost for warranties.
Returning a product
If, for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may request to return the item within 30 days from the date your order was received for a refund. A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to any return that is not an error of our company. We will refund to the original purchaser, less a 15% restocking fee, for all unused/undamaged items if returned with the original box, packaging, all manuals and accessories within 30 days of receipt. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the reason for the return is not the fault of Panther RV Products. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund within 7 business days of our receipt of the product in question. Refunds will be in the same form previously accepted for payment. Panther RV Products reserves the right to accept or deny returns including but not limited to the stated policy.
Electrical Components are non-returnable
Electrical products are non-returnable. If the product is found defective the product must be warrantied through the manufacturer.
What if my package arrives damaged or is missing items?
For shipping errors, damaged or missing items you have 5 business days from the date you received the item(s) to contact us to notify us of the error. If you need to return an item due to a shipping error, listing error or any other error at the fault of Panther RV Products, please notify us immediately and a pre-paid return label will be sent to you. Once the item is received by us, a full credit will be issued. For damage disputes due to shipping, please contact the Quality Control Department at sales@pantherrvproducts.com. Panther RV Products will conduct an investigation on every damage dispute. Please take pictures of product damage, package damage and any other possible form of evidence that could help in a claim dispute. It is the responsibility of the customer or recipient of the package to either reject or note damage as this will be used in the claims process. Panther RV Products will process the claim as quickly as possible and either replace the product, or issue a refund.
Am I responsible for damage involved in return shipping?
Yes, if the item is received by Panther RV Products damaged, you as the shipper would need to file a claim with the carrier you selected. Claims can take anywhere from 45-90 days to be processed by the carrier. Claims are not a perfect science so please be in contact with our quality control department via email: sales@pantherrvproducts.com.
Can I return an oversized product?
Yes, you can return an oversized product. However, due to the product shipping LTL it is a very expensive process. Due to this, we ask that you review and understand your order before completing it. If you decide to return the oversized product, you will be required to coordinate return shipping.
What if the product is defective?
If the product is determined defective by a professional installer, the installer will have to follow the steps to warranty the product. Panther RV Products is not responsible for any manufacture defects or warranty issues. We can assist you in filing a manufacture warranty by providing manufacturer contact information and an original invoice. Panther RV Products is certified in most of the products we sell and can handle warranties at our location, manufacturers do not cover shipping charges to and from our location.
Can I return an installed product?
No, we don't accept returns for installed products. If you install the product and are finding difficulties, we will recommend going to the manufacture for warranty support. Manufactures typically require a professional to install or repair defective products.
Undeliverable Address

Any orders returned to Panther RV Products due to an undeliverable address or the package is not picked up by the customer will be subject to a 10% restock fee. Packages refused by the customer or stopped mid transit will be subject to a 10% restock fee.
