Shipping Delays and Policies Update
Our team at Panther RV Products is hard at work making sure we continue to meet your essential needs for RV products during these challenging times. Due to various factors outside of our control, your experience with Panther RV Products may be impacted. The below information is based on the current situation and can change at any time as things continue to evolve.
Limited Stock Levels
We are currently experiencing limited stock levels due to slower inbound shipments to our location. Several brands that we offer are experiencing issues acquiring raw materials for manufacturing and slower transit times for large shipments. Shipping
Carriers are experiencing slower transit times and are NOT offering refunds for expedited shipments that do not arrive on the expected day and/or time of day. The estimated delivery dates are estimates and should be treated as such. We are not able to offer shipping refunds for shipments that do not arrive on the estimated date. If you need a guaranteed date for delivery for any reason, we highly recommend sourcing your part locally to ensure you receive the part in time.
In-Store Policies
Online orders can be picked up at our warehouse in Washougal, WA. Per local government mandates, we do require that you wear a mask when you are in our store front.
