Isotherm F115RSBAS7 Freeline 115 Silver Elegance RV AC/DC Electric Refrigerator / Freezer - 4.1 C/F

I had an ongoing issue with this fridge, which was my fault. This was a replacement for a 1986 trailer. The floor where it was seated was sinking in, so the floor was never quite even and this made it difficult to get the door perfectly aligned. I'd get it aligned, push it in, then it would be off alignment again - which caused a small amount of air to creep in, but this would cause my freezer to freeze over so the small plastic tabs on the doors were always breaking. Isotherm did send me a couple of replacements and instructions on how to fix. Finally I've been able to get the floor level and the fridge anchored in and I am in awe of the difference! There is no more frost surrounding my freezer! My top shelf is no longer frozen! Yet my freezer is still cool. My only complaint with this fridge is that I don't like the mounting being inside the fridge, I prefer the frame mount. The reason for this is that I had to retrofit my fridge cabinet to make it fit, this meant a lot of cutting away of wood panel to make the hole big enough, but the frame along the sides is not very wide. I made the hole as big as I could based on the space available to me, but pushing the fridge in and out through the rear vent was really difficult and it was really difficult to line up the anchors with the narrow wood on the frame. Seems to me that a frame anchoring system would have been so much less of a headache to install and leave the frame looking nicer. The fridge did come with an included frame, but the pieces are too big for my space so I'll have to make another solution to cover the gaps and make it more aesthetically pleasing.

I have owned this fridge for 15 months. In addition to bein a great product, I have had two very positive customer support experiences: - The original item had a damaged freezer door. Despite my request coming several months after purchase, Panther shipped me a replacement at no cost and with no questions. - When I had an issue (my fault), I called Isotherm's customer support center in Florida. I was immediately connected to a knowledgeable tech who carefully walked me through the debug process and followed up immediately. I didn't need it, but it sounds like the process for getting replacement components is straightforward and they honor the two year warranty. Glad I bought this fridge!

Refrigerator is performing very well. It was a great replacement for the 3-way absorbent refer. With setting on Low, it uses very little power. Panther RV packaged the refer very well and delivery was very fast. Great product and a great seller. Would recommend them highly.

Runs and works like they said it would. Handy size. Shame it doesn't come with a stainless door. Not a silent runner, like others mentioned working on venting it away from the living area.
