Same piece of junk that it replaced. No instructions and or suggestions on how to replace.

We lost use of our awning on our camper and were searching for a replacement. We reached out to the camping place we purchased our camper but they wanted a crazy price for one. My husband was able to unroll the awning and get the product number. We entered it and this came up. The price was better than we seen from prior lookups and it works great. We now can use our awning again.

Works well and faster than the original, even though it is supposed to be slower—proof to me the original was faulty from the factory. Thanks to Panther RV for the product and service—all as expected. Easy installation : 1) Open awning about 1 foot . 2) Secure both arms from springing open with straps/ties. 3) Support awning’s moderate weight with ladder or something else tall enough. 4) Disconnect motor power. 5) Drill out 3 rivets from roller on motor side. 6) Remove single screw holding motor to arm. 7)) Slide motor up/out of arm and to the side away from roller. 8) Pinch the wings of the spring on motor drive shaft and pull roller end off old motor shaft. 9) Install new motor in reverse order, but don’t pinch the spring too much on the new motor when installing.
