Couldn’t readily find this replacement part, but you had it listed in a way that my search engine easily found. I made an error with my credit card during input, but your customer service department promptly called me, got the info they needed and got my order processed quickly. Your service was excellent. The product lacked instructions, but I fault the manufacturer on that. Installation was straight forward as the part is only secured by two screws. Getting the part to slide to where the two screw holes lined up was more difficult than expected. Additional disassembly of the freezer door was required.

This is a great refrigerator, however the design of the handles is terrible, thus, they are easy to break. The folks at Panther shipped the replacement handles (only need one but very happy to have a spare) expeditiously, they fit perfectly and installed easily. It was a pleasure dealing with Panther and if (when) I need other replacement parts for my Eagle Cap 1165 truck camper, I will go to Panther first.

Our original handles are almost identical except for a decorative metal strip. Swapping the original handle to this new base was easy and simple.

OEM .....These fit exactly......HOWEVER they need to be made more durable......They crack very easily.........
