Perfect match, includes everything
For clarity, this is a pack of OEM 2 handles, and includes a small door trim piece (not shown) that also broke on my fridge that I wasn't sure how to replace. That piece simply pulled out of the door after the screws were removed. To install the handle, I had to remove the door's top trim, which just clips into place. Gently push forward and back as you apply pressure to remove the trim.
