Dometic™ 92099 RV Water Heater Replacement Tank Kit - 6 Gal.

This is an OEM service kit for select Dometic water heaters. This kit includes a replacement tank with foam insulation, pressure relief valve, electric heating element, and foam seals.

Compatible with:

Water heater models WH-6GEA, WH-9GEA

Note:The three mounting points do not come threaded. The holes are sized for the mounting screws to self-thread into the softer aluminum

This tank fits and works fine. My only complaint is that it’s the third tank I’ve had to replace in my RV due to leaks in just about four years. This time it was leaking at the weld at the inlet to the burner tube. I don’t think there are any other options available.

This was such an easy process. We thought we would have to replace the water heater. But nope found a tank at Panther compatible with the water heater and ordered it. When it came my husband and son had it installed in no time. Fast shipping. ??
