Coleman Mach 9330-3411 RV Air Conditioner Ceiling Assembly Thermostat

after following all the wrong suggestions for my coleman mach freezing up, i busted out the old multimeter. disconnected the rv shore power, shut off the main breaker and tested the thermostat. No mater how it was positioned the neutral connection to the compressor showed continuity (short) so, I smacked the switch and it opened. Planning a trip I then ordered from panther rv. the part arrived before departure. The switch failed again resulting in my ac failing. with tempa in the mid 90 degree range I replaced the switch. 3 weels later all temps, no more freeze up.
