Material and Construction
This slate-colored cover is made from 100% recycled composite material that is certified food safe by NSF. The naturally antimicrobial, nonporous surface does not absorb moisture or allow bacteria to take hold. It withstands temperatures up to 350°F (175°C). Always allow the cooktop to cool completely before closing or using the cover as a work surface.
