Works great thus far. Timely delivery. Only negative was end cap was broken but Panther replaced it timely.

Wish the factory made it more robust so the gears would not strip out.

Product worked perfectly. Was as stated. It does work slower than original, but Hey, who's in a hurry anyway. Quality is excellent.

Great replacement motor Panther responded promptly to me order request Electric connection was two inches shorter than original. Had to make a short splice. All went well

Had a mobile RV tech come out to diagnose why my awning was malfunctioning. Cost me $250 to find out I needed a new motor. Ordered the motor through them at a cost of $450 and after 2 weeks was in formed the motor was on backorder and we were leaving on a 8 month trip with our fifth wheel. Found the motor on Panther RV's website for about $100 less than what the mobile tech was charging me. Ordering was super easy and had it delivered after just a few days, installed it myself and it works great. Panther RV was awesome and will continue to use them for all RV parts I might need in the future.

Everything fits and works well. This motor seems to run a bit slower then the old one but it works!

Arrived two days ahead of schedule. Perfect fit. Thanks for saving our camping season.
