    Bought new 15k btu roof air/heat pump and ordered this as old 5 button not compatible. Orientation is horizontal, 5 button vertical, so mounting not seamless. They had to do that you know, not. Does not have mode option for AH/ furn so will have to call Dometic to find out what's up with that so if you have similar situation with AC replacement be sure to ask Dometic before ordering. Otherwise no issues ordering with Panther. They had product and no one else did.
