Dometic 331623.700 Thermostat and Control Board
Had a 16 year old Dometic main AC unit (59516.531) that the compressor would not turn off on our 2006 Weekend Warrior SLC3905. I googled quite a bit and found a lot of the same issue online- the main issue being a relay that had gone bad. Of course, the original control board (3107541.009) and the analog thermostat were no longer available, but a quick email to Dometic advised that the 3316230.700 would be a suitable replacement. Panther had the best price available, so I ordered and got in 4 days. Once received, it took a couple of long phone calls and emails with Dometic support, but I was able to wire it up myself. I can't remember the exact details (since I did this over 2 weeks ago), but be sure that the ground wires are all connected- then it will work great! Nice to now have a digital t-stat! and unit is blowing 46* air out of it- pretty good for a 16 yo unit!

wiring and opperation
Because my old A/C themo. was wired directly to the furnace. lack of wiring made hook up tricky because the control box controls both. so far A/C runs good, can't make furnace connection. I did call and the Dometic service person was helpful in rerouting the output from the control box to free up an extra wire but so far can't run furnace.
