Meaning any duties, taxes, and customs fees your country* collects will be displayed to you, ensuring no surprises upon delivery. Zonos also handles all customs documentation, HS code classification, and tax remittance behind the scenes—so your order clears customs smoothly and efficiently.

*Some countries do not allow fees due at customs to be paid in advance. In this case, you may not be shown estimates for any possible fees.

INTERNATIONAL CHECKOUT INSTRUCTIONS

Start by entering your contact details and the shipping address where you’d like your order to be delivered. Prices will automatically display in the currency of the destination country, not necessarily the country you’re ordering from.

If you’re placing an order from outside the United States but want it delivered to a U.S. address, click the link above the "Customer Information" section, outlined in red in the above image. For step-by-step instructions on shipping to the U.S. while abroad, please see the Shipping to U.S. Adress section below.

Next, select the shipping option that works best for you. During this step, Zonos will automatically calculate any duties, taxes, or fees that would normally be paid separately to customs. The amount is based on many factors including but not limited to: material, quantity, country of manufacture.

Finally, choose your preferred payment method and enter your payment details to complete your order.

SHIPPING TO U.S. ADDRESS

If you’re not currently in the United States but would like your order shipped to a U.S. address, click the link above the "Customer Information" section. This will reroute you to our website’s home page. Once you return to checkout, your screen should look like this:

This will allow you to enter the U.S. address you’d like to ship to and complete your order.

OVERSIZED ITEMS

If a product is considered oversized, it may have to be crated for shipment and/or ship LTL Freight. Oversized items are resticted to being shipped within the lower 48 states unless you have a Broker. Due to the time involved in preparing the shipment, they cannot be shipped via any form of express. Please be aware that handling and transit times typically are longer for freight shipments, especially for International shipments, and Panther RV Products does not guarentee any transit times for freight items.

HAZARDOUS MATERIALS

Some products cannot be shipped Internationally, as they are flagged as Hazardous items (i.e. sealants, select adhesives, etc.) and carriers will not allow them to ship beyond the Lower 48.
