The Dinosaur Electronics Dometic Refrigerator Lower Control Board is an upgrade to the OEM board in terms of both performance and reliability. Manufactured with superior components, this board is engineered to offer enhanced durability and efficient operation, ensuring your RV refrigerator functions optimally for years to come. The lower control board serves as a critical control unit essentially acting as the "brain" of the refrigerator. It coordinates between the available energy sources, safety protocols, and the regulation of temperature.
120v and 12v Operation
Designed for adaptability, the Dinosaur Electronics P-246 board offers AC element control with the option of DC element control for 3-way refrigerators. The board is designed to manage the AC and DC elements, which are responsible for generating the heat needed in the absorption refrigeration cycle. The board comes configured to work in 3-way refrigerators and a jumper can be cut to make it work in 2-way refrigerators.
Propane Ignition
This board connections to the ignition board and sends a signal to the board to ignite the propane for LP operation. The board comes configured to work with the old style gas valves, a jumper can be cut to make it work with the new style gas valves.
Compatibility
Designed to replace Dinosaur Electronics Micro P-24 2-way, Micro P-24 3-way, Micro P-26 and all of the Dometic® model boards that they will replace.
Replaces Control Boards: 2931308-01, 2931308-02, 2931308-15, 2931308-23, 87500350-24, 87500350-26.
