The Victron Cyrix-ct 12/24V / 230A Battery Combiner is a microprocessor-controlled heavy-duty relay designed to automatically manage the connection between batteries based on system voltage. When one battery reaches a preset voltage — indicating it is being charged — the Cyrix-ct closes and parallels the batteries. When voltage falls below float level — indicating discharge — it opens again to protect the charging source and batteries. This behavior makes the Cyrix-ct an excellent replacement for diode isolators, with the key advantage of virtually no voltage loss, so alternators and chargers can operate at full output without increased voltage settings.

The Cyrix-ct continuously monitors voltage and automatically connects or disconnects batteries as needed. It intelligently links batteries during charging and separates them during discharge, preventing unwanted battery drain while maximizing charge delivery.

Designed for both 12 V and 24 V systems, the Cyrix-ct 12/24V automatically detects system voltage and adapts accordingly. This makes it versatile for a range of mobile and off-grid dual-battery setups.
