Electric refrigerators are sensitive to power changes or insufficient power. It is important that the system can handle 15 amps of 12V DC power. A minimum of 10 gauge wire for installations up to 12 ft. is required. If the refrigerator is supplied with insufficient power, it will not operate, or show signs of difficulty operating.

If the product is determined defective by an Authorize Dometic Service Center, the said Service Center will need to follow manufacture guidelines to warranty the product. We can assist you in filing a manufacture warranty by providing manufacturer contact information and an original invoice. Panther RV Products is an Authorized Dometic Service Center and can handle warranties at our location. However, Dometic does not cover shipping charges to and from our location. Neither Dometic or Panther RV Products offers an expedited option for warranty services.
