How to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)

Before requesting a RMA you must first read the Return Policy for Panther RV Products.

If you accept the policy as it refers to your return, sign into your created account. If you do not have an account with Panther RV Products, continue to the bottom of the page.

Once you have signed into your account, there will be a section that reads "Return Requests" on the right side of the screen under Manage Your Account. Click it.

On the next screen you will see Your Return Requests.Under that there will be a link that reads click here, click there to be taken to the page where you can select the order in which the item you wish to return is located.

On this next page, all your orders will appear. On the right of the screen next to each order, there will be two buttons, View Order Details, and Return Item(s). Click on the Return Item(s) to be taken to the next page.

This is the final screen for your return request. You will pick the quantity of the item you wish to return, select a Return Reason. With Return Action you can request a replacement item, a store credit, or a refund. If you do not pick a return action then Panther RV Products will contact you after the return request is received and work out what happens next. If you have any comments you would like to leave regarding your return, put them in the Comments section and they will be reviewed along with your return request.

Finally click Submit Return Request, your request will be sent to Panther RV Products to be reviewed and a RMA will be sent to you along with instructions on what to do to send your product back.

If you Do Not have an account with Panther RV PRoducts please email: sales@panther-rvproducts.com, with your order number, item you wish to return, and reason for return. Panther RV Products will review your email and send a RMA with details on what to do next.
