    Installed quickly, works like original. Shaft a little difficult to detach from knob.

    Fixed my broken Maxxair fan

    This worked great when replacing the original gear operator on my Maxx Air fan which was broken by an errant tree branch. Their are two styles make sure you get the right one. Reasonably priced and fast shipping. Was easy to swap out, works like new. Thank you.

    The item is made out of a cast and the previous part broke. It would be better if the item was made of something more durable.
