Panther is a great company to work with. The part I ordered from the catalog picture for a manual operator was not the one sent. I had received the part for the automated vent. I dreaded calling but found customer service excellent. They corrected their catalog and sent me the correct manual operator with no hassle at all. I would recommend Panther RV.

Perfect replacement for my manual operated maxxair roof vent . My original 10 year old one crumbled into pieces. Easy to install. Can be installed from roof without removing interior components other than the crank handle.
