This roof vent's 10-speed, 12-volt fan and built-in thermostat give you maximum control over ventilating your motor home or enclosed trailer. The lid features a built-in rain cover so you can use your vent in all kinds of weather.

This roof vent gives you a high level of control over ventilating your RV or enclosed trailer. You can set the fan's direction to exhaust hot, stale air or pull in fresh, cool, outside air. You can also adjust the fan's speed to control the volume of air movement. Or you can set the thermostat, and the fan will automatically vary its speed to keep your trailer comfortable, freeing you from the trouble of constantly adjusting the fan yourself.

With two lifting arms, the MaxxFan roof vent provides sturdy support for the lid. It's strong enough to handle high winds and to stay fully open while you're driving. Unlike typical vents that use just one arm, this one won't annoy you with fluttering sounds or make you worry that it might blow away.

This fan is controlled remotely or from the ceiling controls. The adjustment knob rotates to allow you to raise and lower the lid. You can lock the knob when the lid is fully opened or closed, ensuring that it will stay in position.

Installed this in the back of our Promaster 159 over the bed. Chose the 6200 without the remote because the fan is over the bed. We bought a manual switch off eBay for $10 that connects with a phone line into this unit. Works perfect and exactly what we wanted. If you need to be able to open and run the fan with a wireless remote, pay the extra $125 for the remote. We are happy with our decision. Panther RV has the best service and price on the PNW.

I had an EXTREMELY good experience with Panther RV Products, I was able to pick up my order at the warehouse. I was greeted by some very friendly folks who went and pulled my order from the line, and went above and beyond to help answer my other parts questions and look them up !! Finally I would have to say they even had the best price that I'd found anywhere locally and on the internet ! So for me it was a win win, and now they're my first stop when looking for RV parts !
