The MaxxAir MaxxFan Pivot is an innovative rooftop ventilation solution designed to provide customizable airflow and improved comfort in RVs, campervans, and trailers. Featuring a unique drop-down pivoting fan, four adjustable speeds, and a sleek smoke-colored lid, this fan combines powerful ventilation with targeted air circulation. Its low-profile design and convenient ceiling-mounted controls make it a practical upgrade for maintaining a comfortable interior environment.

Unlike traditional roof vents with fixed fans, the MaxxFan Pivot features a unique fan assembly that drops down from the ceiling and pivots to direct airflow where it's needed most. This innovative design allows users to aim the breeze toward specific areas, such as sleeping spaces, seating areas, or kitchens, providing more personalized comfort throughout the vehicle. When not in use, the fan folds back into the ceiling for a clean, space-saving appearance.

Equipped with a powerful 4-speed fan capable of moving up to 400 CFM of air, the MaxxFan Pivot provides effective ventilation and interior air circulation. The exhaust fan helps remove warm, stale air from the vehicle, while the adjustable fan head allows for targeted airflow inside. The fan can operate with the roof vent lid open or closed, providing flexibility for both ventilation and interior air movement. A flush-mounted keypad makes it easy to adjust fan speed and operation.

Designed for installation in a standard 14" x 14" RV roof opening, the MaxxFan Pivot offers a straightforward setup for new installations or replacements. The fan operates on a 12V DC electrical connection and features integrated mounting tabs for quick, tool-free installation of a compatible MaxxAir FanMate rain cover (sold separately). Butyl putty tape and roof-compatible sealant are needed for a complete, weather-resistant installation and are sold separately.
